Here is the final part of our video series on mental health and men in lockdown, a collaboration with Jacamo and CALM, the leading movement against suicide.

Episode four of the Jacamo Arms Length features comedian and presenter Jason Manford, ex-rugby pro and ‘I’m a Celeb’ man, James Haskell, Rudimental’s Locksmith and the CEO of CALM, Simon Gunning.  It is a heck of a way to finish the series as the panellists discuss the revelations of lockdown and map out an inspirational vision for the future.
