Single Malt Beef!

Farmison & Co. – the award winning butchers encouraging the nation to ‘Eat Better Meat’ – have teamed up with our big-time favourites, the Bruichladdich Distillery to deliver a treat this Father’s Day.

Bruichladdich’s Port Charlotte single malt is aged for 10 years in ex-whiskey casks before finishing in French Wine casks, and the Master Butcher from Farmison has used it to expertly dry-age and cure a very limited number of Heritage Breed Côtes de Bœuf for 32 days. The result is a beautiful cut of aged beef that has all the heady and moody notes of Isle of Islay in the Hebrides where the distillery is famously based.

Rémy Martin has teamed up with Delicat & Sons for a special Father’s Day dinner cook-along on Sunday 21st June at 6:30pm. Get delivery of all ingredients including Rémy Martin welcome drink and dessert pairing straight to your doorstep.

Begin the evening with a welcome drink from Rémy Martin before chef Daniel Ferreira  will demonstrate the menu for the evening. Finish your meal with a wonderful chocolate pairing and Rémy Martin 1738 neat.
