How to make a wintery Honey Old Fashioned

Certainly this variation on the whisky standard feels like nothing short of a revelation, a warming Honey Old Fashioned which we’ve found life-changing for these cold nights with viral worries.

45ml Mount Gay XO

1 bar spoon of honey

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

45ml hot water

Orange zest
